Parque Delta de L’Ebre

I filmed this one, but only after I watched it at least a dozen times, I came to the next conclusion. If you forget about the bright shining sun, the calm sea, the beautiful nature and birdlife, the mountains, all the little fishingboats, ricefields everywhere, the quiet sandy beaches and hardly any people/tourists at all, it’s just like home.

Sagrada Família

We visited Antoni Gaudi’s masterpiece, the Sagrada Família in Barcelona. It’s huge and maybe somehow overwhelming, which makes it too much for a quick visit. It is impressive and it would probably take more than months to understand it. Even if you leave the religious part aside, it is quite stunning. My preference goes definitely to the inside, but you have to see it for yourself. As a critic once said “it is the most extraordinary personal interpretation of Gothic architecture since the Middle Ages”. I can’t describe it, i’m still stuck between the Metropole Parasol and Cirque du Soleil.

Palais de papes

The first thing you naturally think about is of course … wine. Well done. And after that first impression you might think about the beautiful centre of Avignon with lots of historic sites and may be even start singing:

Sur le pont d’Avignon,
L’on y danse, l’on y danse,
Sur le pont d’Avignon
L’on y danse tout en rond.

But do you know how to recognize this specific wine if there were no label on the bottle?
