LOOK AT THAT
Well after all these months without a mast this really looks quite odd.

I do my best to categorize all the different posts. In fact it is quite simple as long as I avoid the human error factor.
Here you will find the posts I uploaded while we were back sailing with our 1wheelfloatinglady, a ’77 Nautor 43 Swan, one of the 21 motorsailing vessels Nautor Swan build. Yes, we also tried a motorboat, Aegir an 50feet Vripack.

Aaaah, it’s almost ‘we’re placing the mast back’ day. On Tuesday Lady Tuuli is getting dressed again. If the weather is not too bad.
Meanwhile the Navionic maps are all updated. The fridge is filled with goodies. And the Starlink performance dish is working perfectly.
And the new head and mainsail are also ready. I can’t wait to try these as soon as possible. Stay tuned for more this week. Fingers crossed.

Mmmh, I have to admit it’s very cosy. But still I don’t trust it. And why are mummy and daddy smiling at me all the time. Strange …
Next week we’re leaving the rental house we stayed for the last couple of months and finally move in to our beloved Lady Tuuli. It’s not that she’s completely ready yet, but we still have a few weeks to manage all the last things. A new alternator, some batteries, a mast, starlink, sails and a lot of fuel, just to mention some little things.
Then we’ll set sail for Vlieland and as soon as we get a nice weather window it’s straight off to the west coast of Norway.

Deck is ready. Time for a nice engine treat. And a couple of hundred other things. But we’ll get there and still on schedule.
Etd will be at the end of April. Fingers crossed.

Lady Tuuli is back in the water and if you take a good look you can see her smiling.
This part of the project is done. The next stop is Sneek for a decent engine service and some little things 😉

It’s never easy or quick. It’s definitely never cheap. But it’s always good to feel secure about things. So we decided to renew the bearings and axle. Have a look at the Maxprop propellor puzzle.
Of course it’s all last minute 😉
